How does locked pricing work?
Before we lift a single item, we assess the job on-site and give you a firm price. That price does not change based on what we find once we start — no hidden fees, no "extra trip" charges added after the truck is loaded. The price we quote is the price you pay. Always. 💜 Upfront Pricing
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area covers Washington DC (all neighborhoods), Arlington VA, Alexandria VA, Bethesda MD, Chevy Chase MD, Potomac MD, Rockville MD, and Prince George's County MD — including College Park, Hyattsville, Bowie, and Lanham. We also serve university and institutional clients under contract across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast. 📍 Service Area
Do you donate items instead of sending them to the landfill?
Yes — donation comes first in our 4-step diversion process. Every load is assessed: good-condition items go to vetted DC-area nonprofits first, and we provide a tax-deductible donation receipt. After that, we sort for the Hauled & Found resale marketplace, then recycle metals and electronics through certified DMV partners. The landfill is a last resort, not a default. ♻️ Diversion Process

What happens to my items after you haul them?
Every load goes through our 4-step diversion process: (1) Donate — good-condition items go to vetted DC-area nonprofits with a tax-deductible receipt. (2) Sort & Rehome — items with resale value are listed in our Hauled & Found marketplace; a portion of every sale goes to the GW Cancer Center and Haul Up Foundation. (3) Recycle — metals, electronics, and textiles go to certified DMV recycling partners. (4) Dispose — landfill only as a last resort. Institutional clients receive diversion rate reports. ♻️ What Happens Next
